This issue was a little slower coming out then hoped, but there have been a lot of changes at the office in the last month, not to mention the Christmas holiday period. It’s my first time publishing a magazine, and I’m learning as I go so please bear with me.
Speaking of Christmas, before the break Aimee showed me an old edition of the RCAF Honker published the Christmas of 1945. It contains a lot of interesting articles and pictures, including the cover photo of this issue of Them Days. There is also an article about the laundry facility on the Base in Goose Bay which I’m hoping to reprint and am looking for anyone who may have stories of working there.
Any help you can give, on this or any other photograph or story, is greatly appreciated.
